ThreeLac Probiotics for Candida by GHT

I found Threelac MANY years ago (around 2002/2003). I took just 1 packet a day at that time (maybe occasionally 2 packets) and it improved my energy, abdominal bloating, joint pain/stiffness, and food sensitivities. I've probably purchased 30 boxes of it over all of these 20+ years. Past few years I lost my way, due to a medication injury--too long to explain. I'm recently heading back to Threelac (entire family) and very excited. I learned about the "1-2 punch" anti-candida protocol (Threelac and Candizolv), which I purchased elsewhere. I don't see Candizolv available here on Amazon (at least, not yet). No special diet with this protocol (I never had to follow special diet years ago with just the Threelac, either)… but I've always tried to limit sweets. Threelac helps with food cravings--big time. You never fully eradicate candida, but the 1-2 punch should help people manage it. I've watched the videos and it all makes sense. My Candizolv arrives in 2 days! Very easy protocol. People do not realize that we have a candida overgrowth epidemic. Stress, heavy metals (not just the dental fillings), steroids, glyphosate (it's an antibiotic--look it up), medications (especially Rx antibiotics), and sweets/sugars are the major contributors. This is an EASY product to take. Take any time of the day or night. I prefer empty stomach, but after meals might be fine, too, because the food will bait the candida and the Threelac will function like Pacman and gobble it up. Threelac is pricey, but getting candida under control can help you save money in many ways. Less food cravings will greatly reduce your grocery bill. Less expensive coffees because your energy level is stable. Also, you will be able to reduce your other supplements because you won't have candida overgrowth robbing nutrients from the food you eat. It's a small price to pay for better quality of life. HEALTH is WEALTH!!

Are you having digestive issues? Buy this stuff! I started using Three lac before it was ever sold on amazon. It is amazing stuff. It cured my acid reflux. I couldn’t sleep flat, and I often had major issues with all kinds of food. I didn’t even know it would do that. If you go to the global health trax site they will inform you it does take time for your body to heal. I had been using it for six months before the acid reflux resolved. You also need to take a good probiotic with it to really get your body on the right track. Anti-biotics had really reduced my gut biome, and this stuff fixed it!

This is my first review, but I had to post my experience, in case I can help anyone else who is suffering like I was. I suffered from Candida for 2 years, after being on some hardcore antibiotics for a UTI. The doctor gave me Diflucan. It worked, but as soon as I stopped taking the anti-fungal, the Candida infection would return. I ended up taking Diflucan for weeks at a time. It killed tremendous amounts of yeast, but as soon as my prescription ended, the yeast came back, time after time. I couldn't believe it! Subsequently, for the past two years, I have tried every natural anti-fungal remedy I could find on the internet. They all worked...but only temporarily. Hydrogen peroxide, ACV, garlic capsules, olive leaf extract, even boric acid. When the boric acid started failing me, I felt hopeless, like I was never going to be able to get rid of this yeast beast. It had really adversely affected my health - particularly my adrenal glands and gut - and my body was in real trouble. Finally, a few months ago, I went online again, desperate for a "cure." I had seen the claims regarding Threelac over the past 2 years of research, but I thought, "This stuff is way too overhyped; it can't possibly work that well." Well, I was desperate and I wanted relief fast. I spent several days reading as many testimonials online as I could, as well as reading up on why it was so effective. I'm not exaggerating when I say it was all the great reviews on this website (that I trust) that finally led to me buying this stuff. I even overnighted it, because I was that desperate. I'd say I started noticing a difference in about 3 days of taking it. The sinus congestion/infections that I had dealt with everyday for the last 8 years finally started to clear up. My allergies improved, and the extreme mold and cigarette smoke sensitivities I've had for years also eased up. I can now open my windows again when it's raining outside and I don't smell any mold or mildew! (If you've experienced this, you know what I'm talking about.) And the itching - oh, the endless itching - finally went away!! (I bought gelatin capsules, size 00 and made vaginal suppositories with the Threelac - works great for vaginal infections). The only thing I recommend is building up the dosage slowly, as many of the other reviewers suggest. They aren't kidding. I ignored that and bombarded my system with the stuff. Oh, it worked, alright, but my liver became way overburdened (a problem I'm still working on fixing). So take it easy with this stuff, especially if you've got a chronic illness. My boyfriend started taking a packet a day recently, because he saw how much it was helping me. I truly do not think that without this probiotic supplement, I'd be on my way to recovery. In my case, it truly did save my life. I've been taking it for about 2 months now and am at 2-3 packets a day. One day I forgot (or became complacent) and I felt the typical itchiness starting to flare up again. I'm not sure if I will need to take this for life or not, but if I do, I'm okay with that. Anything is better than dealing with the Candida again. My doctor insisted that there is no such thing as "systemic Candida," everytime I'd bring the issue up. Intuitively, I knew otherwise. While the internet contains a lot of junk information, it really does contain a lot of info that we can use to advocate for our own health. The doctors aren't always right, believe me. If I had listened to my dr, I'd still be overridden with Candida and leaky gut/autoimmune issues. My adrenal glands would still be shot, because, according to them, adrenal fatigue doesn't exist either. Trust yourself and your instincts, even if someone is telling you that you're wrong. Western medicine by no means has all the answers, and they have failed me repeatedly. It's a story I see and hear time and time again, and it's a shame. You simply have no choice but to ultimately take your health into your own hands. Highly, highly recommended product. It's fantastic to no longer feel that disgusting itch. :) UPDATE 11/18/11 For a few months I was taking 3-4 packets of Threelac a day. Then I switched to Fivelac and got to the point where I only needed 1 or 2 packets per day. About a week ago, I started taking Symbiotics Colostrum Plus Powder, 21-Ounce Jar , which is the best product I've found for immune system support. Thanks to this, I no longer need Threelac/Fivelac, because my immune system is stronger and can keep the Candida under control on its own. I thought I'd need to be on Threelac forever, but I only needed to use it for about four months. Now I follow the GAPS diet protocol, drink kefir, and take Klaire Labs - Ther-Biotic Complete Powder 2.1oz to restore my flora. The process can take a year or two, but it's a necessary one to regain health. So for anyone out there who wonders if they'll ever get rid of this awful fungus, there is hope! Just keep plugging away and don't give up! The body is amazing and I believe it can fully recover from most maladies, provided you give it ample time, rest, and nutrients to heal.

New Update: June 9, 2012... I had a sinus infection, took antibiotics, hucked up yellow discharge, then urine started to get scanty a few weeks later, and I ended up in the ER getting a catheter. Got that out 2 days later, but still having some problems, going to Urology soon. BUT, at the Chiropractors, found a CANDIDA PROBLEM!!!! AGAIN!!! SOOOOOOO....Guess what....buying more Threelac. I am sure to be on the mend soon, and hope not to be going to Urology. Candida can mimic many things. It can get into your Urinary Tract, and can get into your kidneys and bladder. I am fairly hopeful that the Threelac will clear it up. Great Product. Updating as promised....DID THE TRICK!!! As usual...Recommend Highly. My Chiropractor about 7 years ago found what no doctor even suspected. That I had Candida overgrowth. We tried a course of undecenoic acid, 45 days. Probably helped, but still had it. I did the in home free Candida test. And it was classic example of being positive. Look up Candida Test. He found it with kinesiology, I weakened to the sample. After the undecenoic acid, I still felt bad, and I can tell you I had a BAD CASE, as you shall see. I went on the internet and found THREELAC. Bought a box. After the first box, I felt better. 1 month. Well after 6 boxes, (that is right 6-7 months or so! 2 packets a day is 1 month. Sometimes I did 3 packets a day, especially in the beginning), the Candida was back under control, and my in home test was clear, and the kinesiology test was negative too!!! But it does take several boxes. I had a bad case, and that is not really the worst of it. The Candida bacteria is normally beneficial, but in the overgrowth state it becomes a fungus carpet in your intestines. This fungus puts down "feet" and can wear into your intestinal lining...causing LEAKY GUT SYNDROME, that is a permeable condition whereby intestinal contents "leak out" and mal-absorb into your body, and blood stream, setting off your auto-immune system, which then attacks the offending matter. That is why you feel like crap. Your auto-immune system is fighting it like it would a cold. Your lymph glands can swell, (mine did big time), and it can cause other conditions and attack other organs, Candida makes toxins, like alcohol. It is a YEAST!!! And you have to stop having white cane sugar, etc... so you don't feed it. After you take care of the Candida you still have the intestinal DAMAGE... I took several products for this. INTESTINAL REPAIR COMPLEX (3 YEARS), ULTRA CLEAR PLUS (also 3-4 YEARS)... Digestive enzymes, and PROBIOTICS. It was about 4 years of this therapy until I actually noticed it really clearing up. All this to protect and rebuild the intestinal lining and stop the leakage. It does work but it take a long time. Not months....YEARS in my case. My intestinal permeability test WAS OFF THE CHART, VERY HIGH!!!! This is a medical test, it goes to a lab. I was very POSITIVE!!! After 4 years, it was back to normal range. SO...Threelac is a very important FIRST STEP in improving you condition. You may get the candida under control, but then you have the DAMAGE to repair. You can see why some people might not think Threelac works too well. They don't know about the intestinal damage part!!!! I have recently HAD A RELAPSE!!! I have done a course of OIL OF OREGANO. It is supposed to be good against candida. But if it does not do the trick here soon, GUESS WHAT I WILL BE BUYING, AS I KNOW IT WORKS???????????? YOU GOT IT....THREELAC!!!!! YOU JUST HAVE TO REALIZE THAT YOU PROBLEM IS SERIOUS, AND ONE BOX IS NOT GOING TO CURE YOU!!!!!!!!!!! TRUTH!!! You can only manage it back to a nominal condition where the fungus is gone, and it is back to a bacterial stage. You need to do PROBIOTIC bacteria to replenish your intestines and fight back the Candida and keep it minimal. I still don't eat YEAST PRODUCTS, and watch the SUGAR INTAKE!!!! Great product and it works !! The taste is great but couldn’t dump it in my mouth. Had to use water and it tastes great. Had stomachs issues the first few uses but after a while it cleared up and feels so much more better after use. Recommend this product !! Very happy with jt
