Very sharp hooks and I love the EWG shape as it helps with retention of the fish you hooked. I'd say for their size they are strong enough. I use them on topwaters and jerkbaits in inshore saltwater for trout, reds, and snook. Rarely a large fish may bend one but I haven't had one break. I've caught more fish with it because it's sharp and have not lost any due to a bend. I'll continue to buy them.

Excellent hook. Will buy again. On their website they have a size chart that one can print out to see the actual size of the hook. Saves on buying the incorrect size.

I can’t say how long BKK hooks have been on the market but these hooks rival the best of them all . They’re super sharp and as stout a hook as you’ll find anyplace . I upgraded all my hooks on my MadMacs for Bluefin tuna fishing .. and now just waiting for the BFT to show up closer to shore to get out and give them a try . For your money you’ll be hard pressed to find better

I use this brand of hooks to fish for big GT from shore and you need quality hooks to land these beast from shore. Fit and finish of the hooks are clean compared to owners and other brands when it comes to the trebles. The curvature of the trebles and the taper on the eye of the hook make them easy to put on split rings for poppers and stickbait.

Bought these to replace hooks on the 3oz crocodile spoons. These stay sharp and last forever. Definitely buy better snap rings as well.
