I have had the product for exactly 30 days and only used the product for approximately 5 hours. It is now dead. It will not turn on. It will not charge. It is an expensive paperweight and I am very disappointed.Additionally, I was unable to get the product to work while casting. I could use it to play on my phone which was good but when I cast to a television, the controls stopped responding. I researched this and found a resolution. I followed a cumbersome upgrade process successfully that was supposed to resolve the issue. It did not.This is a waste of money.

I really, really wanted to like this product. The buttons feel good but the controller is terrible at Bluetooth syncing. If you turn off the product, you have to re-pair it by forgetting the device in your Bluetooth settings, and then repair it as though it is a new device EVERY SINGLE TIME. That means, you are spending roughly 2 to 3 minutes every single time you turn on the device just pairing it. What a shame, because I really wanted to like this one.

So i finally found this controller than can actually mount to my mini ipad. It could’ve been the perfect controller but after just a week of use, the bluetooth pairing just stops working. Tried everything, fully charge, disconnected from ipad, forget device, hit the reset in the back of the controller, nothing works.

I had to return it it would turn itself off during game play.
