You need to use a non heated tube to get a good seal. I also had to get the "water" cartridges and a muffler for my mini to be quiet enough to get to sleep

I have the full size Resmed and got the Air Mini for travel. This adapter fits perfect and allows me to use the same hose and face mask from home.
