Seaguar Blue label, most widely used fluorocarbon and dependable abrasion /impact resistance while resilient enough to allow lures to run well in the water.

Seaguar Blue is my go-to fluorocarbon. It is strong, highly resistant to fraying, and most important, it is easy to tie knots with as opposed to other fluorocarbon leader material with the same characteristics. Unless you find it on sale; which is not hard to do, it is a little pricey. But when you look at the life of a fluorocarbon leader and compare Seaguar Blue to the others, the price does not seem so bad. What else can a fisherman ask for.

Used on Giant Trevally recently and it worked fine but the roll isn’t on a typical big game spool it’s just large loops in a plastic bag. Maybe it help keep it straight but a bit awkward to work with

fact is you will get a few more strikes on heavy floro. Also a fact you will get cut off here and there, but for me it has been so rare I'll stick with the heavy floro.

Please do not buy this and do not buy into this scam. I am a very avid big game fisherman and knew this product was old the minute I got it didn’t even open it. It is in the new packaging from seaguar but the Flourocarbon is tea colored instead of its normal translucent white. This is always an indication of either old line or improperly stored line. If you choose to use this type of line in this condition it will break your heart. You will catch the fish of a lifetime only to lose it halfway through because this line is compromised. Please be warned. I returned it immediately
