This shower head is wonderful! It looks beautiful and well made, not cheap at all. It has a nice weight to it, the temperature control is smooth and works well and the components all work as they should. The dual shower head is so nice! The static head has a lovely, large spray to it and adjusts nicely. The smaller hand held has a nice long hose, good pressure in the spray, adjusts nicely and is so convenient when bathing a toddler or rinsing off. There is a little toggle switch so you can choose one head or the other or even both if you prefer. The water pressure when using both heads is still great and evenly disbursed which makes for a great shower! I could not be happier with a faucet/shower set up than this one has made me. I don't need a new shower head in my other bathroom but I'm seriously considering buying another and installing it. Oh and installation was simple and easy to do with the directions that came with it. The price for what you get with this one is fantastic.

This set is a great deal compared to other expensive brands. The packaging was really well put together, none of your pieces will come scratched because they each come in their own foam cubby. The shower handle, tub spout, shower arm and flange are all metal and feel high quality. My only gripe with this set is that the shower heads are plastic and feel a bit cheaper than the rest of the set. However, they still look great. Just unsure how they will hold up over time. Also the handle on the handheld shower head, doesn’t really fit all the way down in its hole, the design could be better on this to ensure a snug fit. There is a gasket so it won’t fall out, it just doesn’t go all the way down in the holder hole. The other concern for some might be the shower valve. We had a difficult time installing because this set used a different valve than what was existing in the wall. If your valve needs replaced you may have to cut into the wall or hire a plumber. Overall this set is really nice, functions well, great value for the money and would recommend.

finally got to install this. Came with everything and it way better quality than I was expecting. The hose for the detachable head is metal along with the water control and spigot. works perfectly and everything fit.

I love this shower set! The matte black finish gives my bathroom a modern look, and it was super easy to install. It came with everything I needed, and the water pressure is great. Very happy with the quality and value for the price!

Honestly, I had high hopes but this product turned out terrible. We went to install the shower head, and the ball/rotation part came threaded crooked so after installing the shower head you can't even adjust the angle of the base shower head! Then we installed the handle hardware. We had to cut a piece out of the plastic for the cold water connection in order to screw it in properly. THEN we went to install the tub spout, and spent over an hour trying to fix it. It leaks where the set screw is. We tried loosening it, tightening it, plumbers tape, different angles, cut new piping, we tried literally everything and it still just leaks. Now we have to order a whole new tub spout at a MINIMMUM, but the best part is we don't even know if there are any issues with the shower head connection anywhere because we can't use the tub spout! So I won't be surprised if we wind up just replacing all the pieces. All bad all the way around.

This kits comes with valve body and insert with hot and cold feed shut offs; that alone is an excellent value at the 99 price point i purchased this at. The handle and the tub spout are solid and well made. you can feel the weight in them, it is not plated plastic. neither is the shower arm. The primary shower head and assembly is a plated plastic, but heavy gauge. you can feel the quality in your hand. The hand held hose is very flexible metal linked sections over the feed hose, not plastic painted tubing to look metal like so many out there. again another testimony to quality for the cost. i replaced an old delta diamond head assembly with this kit. It took me about an 1.5 hours with all the parts in this kit and the need couplings from my supply store. I installed through the existing work shower surround. only points that i felt could be improved were more and a better quality teflon tape. the "gaskets" that hold the dial and shower arm fascia plates could be better. there is a stamped ridge to hold them in place that is poorly designed. There were little to no instructions or assembly drawings to reference with this kit. more and better documentation would have been appreciated. an average DIYr could easily install this. Overall this is a great kit, you will not find a complete replacement or new install set of this quality for this price point from any of the major brands. Delta, Moen etc will cost you 2-2.5 x this cost and multiple orders hoping you got the correct valve body insert.

I loved this shower set but we had to return it b/c it did not match up with our plumbing or something... Looked nice and decent quality for the price! Wish it had worked!!

Love theseeee! My husband and I don’t fight about who’s in the water anymore lol which the hose was longer but make it work!
