With no grout, does it get dirty between the tiles?

I ordered two (2) full size tiles because I found the samples way too small. I think it would get 'dirty' because they are not tight enough, unless the glue seeps between them enough so that there's no gaps. Even just wiping them down I would think moisture would get in and cause mold or discoloration. This is just my opinion. When I am ready to buy for my kitchen I will probably get the ones that require grout. Hope this helps you.

Can you see a faint line between the 12x12 squares?

The tiles that came in the box together lined up fairly seamlessly, but the tiles in another box didn’t line up so well. And if you have to cut tiles off, it’s hard to get the cut portion to line up. So I would say not to use this if you’re a perfectionist, but this a fairly cheap solution for tiling so I guess you get what you pay for.

Will this tile stick directly to brick?

No. It requires adhesive and grout.
