Hi my daughter was going to have a nice hot chocolate in her new mug today and as we poured in the water, we heard thr mug crack. Ive poured the contents out and taken some pictures for you to see. Hopefully the company issue a refund or replacement.

Dissapointed to see that 4 mugs were the same price after 2 weeks. Quality is nice but don’t put the wooden lid in the dish washer.

everything as expected! fast delivery and product quality very good. It was a nice christmas present with a premium look to it!. Made of real ceramic and wood cover not plastics.

Sadly the mug broke, I assume during the delivery, looks cute as hell though 😥
