Fantastic product
I bought these for my two special needs kids and one neurotypical kid. All three love them. Good for fidgeting
I have a bad habit of biting my lips or picking at my skin / scabs when I'm thinking or sitting for a while. I've tried fidget cubes and they just didn't work for me. I put one of these on my steering wheel for my commute and I can just flick the spikes and it works great to keep me distracted.

I purchased the wristbands because my son is autistic and I wanted to find something that was going to replace him biting his wrist he bites it so hard that he doesn't even break the skin is just a big callus now so I got the wristbands hoping that they would fulfill that sensory need and he likes them a lot
