Q: I have a rainbird esp-m controller i would like to replace with this hunter. any issues?

I didn't have any issues. I changed from the rainbird to the hunter.

Q: can I program a delay between stations?

Yes, you can program a delay between stations. The setting is under controller configuration. Click the gear icon at the upper left if you're using the web based setup.

Q: Where is the plug available?Does it plug in?

The outdoor timers has an internal transformer designed to be hardwired to a junction box. Some people may choose to install their own pigtail power cord that they can buy locally and plug it directly into a receptacle. People that do this should also be sure to use the appropriate strain relief or whatever their local code require. Thank you
