I've taken various different Magnesium Glycinate supplements, most recently NOW brand and Dr's Best. I noticed some difference from NOW at higher dosages and it appeared to work for my mood, cognition, and sleep to a small extent. But it wasn't anything life changing and I eventually gave up on magnesium all together, even though I was sure I had a deficiency... I decided to give it a go again recently when I started getting muscle cramps/twitches, severe and frequent headaches, mood changes, and a building pressure sensation in my head.
