Not as expected, not good at all it hurts the hand

Not the best of the qualities but I guess okay for the price paid. For me, rubber was a bit too soft and kept slipping out when used on the hardest strength. Didn't see any difference in the strength even after using a long time. Hand grips are perhaps a little better than this but this is my personal view.

Honestly you get what you pay for.
