Just what I needed.
I use these compression coupling mainly for repairs to my Dig's drip irrigation system. I normally have two to three on hand at all times. It's a 31 mile trip to Home D to get some so It can be a pain. And every year it seems I always need one and can't find one. And the local stores want more money and they must order them anyway. Saw the big bag on Amazon and ordered it. Arrived on time and a week later I needed one.Perfect fit, works great. bottom line I had it when I needed it. And I have enough to last a very long time. So no more plain in the backside trips just for a few couplers.

Good quality at a good price
Use these in extending and repairing my drip irrigation system in the flower beds and they work great. Priced right and hold up well.

Wrong size for 1/2" or a Mystery
I ordered these and as others have mentioned they don't work on 1/2" irrigation tubing and slide right off. I'm no expert but ACE sells 1/2" (.620" OD) fitting (green ends) and they work on 1/2" tubing but these are 1/2" (.700" OD) and they just slide on and off. Maybe these are meant for a thicker (heavy duty) irrigation tubing but not the kind I have in my yard. These do work on 5/8" irrigation tubing - see 5/8" (.704" OD) picture and these also work on 5/8" tubing. See the comparison picture of the two fittings on the ends. That is the mystery to me as they both note 1/2" they are for 1/2"?
