Anastasia Beverly Hills - DIPBROW Pomade

Out of all the ABH products, this one is my favorite. Not the Countour Kit, not the Brow Wiz, not the palettes. It's this little jar filled with pomade that really makes a difference in how your brows should look that is my favorite ABH product that I would buy over and over. As of 5/7/14, I am surprised that this is the only place right now here on Amazon that HAS these in stock at the moment and are shipping out as soon as your order. You can't really get them on any other website -- they're very high in demand! I was able to buy several different colors with no problem for friends and family. I own the Too Faced mousse and while it's a nice product (that even comes with a brush), this one is just, hands down, the best I product I have used on my brows. Plus, $18 is a steal on this stuff. Given that the shelf life is 6 months, it's going to last even if you use it every single day. Especially if you like to go for a bold brow. I don't see how anyone could use up the product in that amount of time unless you are caking it on. If you are finding yourself low after just a couple months, then you need to remember that a little goes a long way with this stuff! Just a little dab with your brush and you've got one whole brow set for the day. It goes on smooth, it's creamy, it adheres to the skin just as well as it latches onto the brows (so no patchy looking spots), and blends very well (if you're like me and love going for a gradient brow). The only problem I have come across from most people is the colors. While Dark Brown works well for me, there isn't much of a choice for those who have lighter ash toned hair, because these seem to run a little warm. I imagine maybe setting them with a light powder could help tone it down, although it wouldn't be the same. Hopefully Anastasia comes out with more colors soon for this bad boy. I highly recommend those who love to have good looking brows to get this item if you haven't yet. I love pencils and powders, but if you really want a clean look without a mess that stays all day, then here you go.

Alright, let's do this in order: The packaging is great. It arrives in a matte little box with the embossed golden Anastasia logo. The pot itself has a strong, glass like bottom and a plastic top that looks very nice and won't break if you drop it. The product itself surprised me when I first used it. I read that "a little goes a long way" with this product and I imagined it'd be a rich, creamy product of which you needed to apply only very little for your desired effect. However, since I first received my pomade, I noticed that it was incredibly dry and it it took several brushstrokes with some pressure to get the product onto my angled brush. I don't know if this was just my pomade or if in general every pomade is like this, but it's definitely less smooth than I thought it would be. Once I get the pomade onto the brush though, it's an easy ride from there. Now the part we've been waiting for: once applied, this product is MARVELOUS. I don't have sparse eyebrows, but rather dark individual eyebrow hairs that are somewhat spaced out and make my eyebrows appear lighter due to the skin underneath showing. I've gotten compliments from people who thought my natural eyebrows were this full and lovely. ;P I apply this in the mornings around 7 AM and it lasts all day long. It does not budge! I've been caught in the rain before and my eyebrows remained untouched. I do tend to go back in with my eyebrow pencil to darken any spaces in the middle of my eyebrow so they appear fuller in that area, but that's just my personal preference. The front and tail of the eyebrow looks wonderful with just this alone. It's natural looking and true to the color (I ordered Dark Brown - I have light olive skin and dark eyebrow hairs). You can apply very little if you want that no make up, all natural look or apply a little more or in another "layer" if you want darker eyebrows at night. It comes off easily with any make up remover and does not leave residue behind. Overall, this is the best eyebrow product I've used on my eyebrows yet and I definitely plan on buying again in the future. Whether you're looking to fill in small gaps or darken your eyebrows over all - this is the product for you.

Easy to apply. Application lasts all day until removed. The color is dark so apply with light, small strokes for natural look.

I’ve been using this product for 12 years now, and I will never switch to anything else! It looks very natural on my brows, and the pomade also helps to tame any hairs that are astray. I love that it is buildable, also! You can fill lightly, or use more pomade for a more bold fill. It also stays on all day! Especially with some setting spray. A must have!

I have been using this product for years and I absolutely love it. It may be a bit pricey but the product lasts forever! Highly recommend it!!

This pomade and an angled brush are all we need to do anything from lightly patch to create where missing, and to do it quickly, easily, with foolproof results that last all day. The hardest part is choosing a color! 😉

I have pretty dark brown hair that can be close to black in some lighting. I didn’t want black brows, but wanted them to be dark. The dark brown was a perfect match, and the texture of the product was great to work with. It wasn’t grainy and blends really well with a spoolie.

I have had a horrible menopause with perfuse sweating for 17 plus years. Even in the winter I sweat. As I have aged now in my 60's my brows have become extremely thin. I have tried at least 6 different types and brands of eyebrow pencils and pens. They wipe off as quickly as I put them on even with a setting spray. Today is the first time I have tried this product but I went half a day with it looking as fresh as I put on and after my very hot bath and perfuse sweating it has stayed in place. I did not touch it so I can't verify if disturbed it would still stay in place. I would highly recommend since for me it is a miracle eyebrow makeup!!!

Pienamente soddisfatta! Ho scelto il colore dark brown e devo dire che è perfetto per me che sono castana chiara. Serve pochissimo prodotto per riempire i buchi e l'effetto finale è piuttosto naturale. Tiene tutto il giorno e resiste anche all'acqua. Cosa fondamentale: se chiuso correttamente NON si secca!! Soldi ben spesi!
