Zotos Lamaur Apple Pectin ACID pH PERM

The perm solution came today and was not in a box like I thought it would be and with that being said, also has no actual instructions.

I have used the Zotos Lamaur Apple Pectin ACID Ph perm several times and it has never disappointed! This product works extremely well if you have fine hair. I have purchased so many heated products in the hopes that my hair would hold an up-to-date style without having to chemically treat it. Unfortunately, my fine hair does not hold a style regardless of the amount of hair spray used. I know perms are almost considered taboo, but I love the freedom it offers. My hair is soft, and it looks great. I will purchase this perm again!

I used this for the first “home perm” I’ve ever done. My stylist has experimented with a few kinds of alkaline perms but this one came out better at home than any I’ve gotten before! I have fine, long bobbed hair that still had some highlights near my ends and has been permed a few times before. My hair grows fast and it had grown out straight to almost half its length since I was a little overdue for a perm when the shutdown started. I was worried that the curl would be looser on the top since that hair had not been processed at all and was much healthier. My hair looks great! Even curls throughout, and much less dry and damaged than it usually is directly after a perm. The curls are defined but soft and natural looking. The smell during processing was less intense than some others, the neutralizer smelled nice and was really effective at removing the perm smell from my hair. Usually I dread the 48 hours before I can wash it because the residual smell is enough to give me a low grade headache. I can still smell it slightly but it is faint. So glad I found this!

Should be made aware when purchasing must have a full head dryer this process. Can't use called company after reading directions it is a must.

hey, this is a great perm, not too smelly. I've been using apple pectin perms for years because they don't smell bad like the others. Clear instructions, easy to use even for beginners. The instructions include cautious timing, but from experience, I leave it on 20 mins past the directions for my difficult to curl straight hair and for my daughters long thick hair, to get the best results. Beautiful curls, never frizzy, and lasts soooo long. I use grey, pink, white rods and sometimes roll it for a spiral and works great. Hint: for beginners: use 2 papers each roller, take your time rolling tight and soak them good with the solution. Wish this kit came with cotton to put around face, but we just used paper towels.

This product worked awesome on my daughter’s hair! It held the curl for 4 months.

Bought this perm because it was supposed to smell like apples. It doesn't. It has a sickly sour odor. In addition requires a hair dryer to work. Left my hair more frizzy than other perms. Didn't like it in the least.
