Pure Epsom Salt Soak, Glow & Radiance with Vitamin C & Citrus Essential Oils, 3 lbs (Pack of 4)

I liked the Dr Teal's Epsom salt so much, I use it almost every day and have about 5 different kids on rotation. This Glow & Radiance with Vitamin C version is one of my favorites during winter when my skin in dry and dull. It's hyper moisturizing, with a great scent and the same effective benefits. Between this and a good skin scrub, I have no need to use lotions or other moisturizer on my body. I started getting nighttime muscle spasm in my calves and despite an improved diet and supplementation, couldn't seem to completely eliminate the nighttime Charly horses and muscle tightness. My doctor actually recommended I try Epsom Salat Baths to relief the muscle pain. I ordered several brands and completely fell in love with the Dr. Teal's brand, as it delivered the most immediate response. I was shocked with the almost immediate impact. The same night I was down to only one leg cramp and it completely eliminated my night time muscle cramps after a few uses. One thing to note - If you are sensitive to scents this is not for you. Even if you use just a half a cup the entire scent fills that bathroom and lingers on your skin. For me that's an amazing benefit, but wanted to flag for others.

Smell is excellent. Fresh and citrusy, without being overpowering.

I wake up in bad muscular pain and tired. A bath with these salts fixes me for the whole day of all my many activities.

This covers the sulphur smell in my water. I use a lot of this stuff and this seems unadulterated and works to make the water change consistency. I buy this because so far it's the best price to buy it this way.
