I use this knife everyday as a restaurant cook. Use it to cut, eggrolls, burgers, chicken patties, and sandwiches on a daily basis. It is extremely sharp, holds an edge for a long time, and overall it is a show stopper. I get asked about it all the time, and people love to look at it. Mine has taken some scratches from using a rough sponge to clean it but the pattern is still CLEARLY visible. Handle is also comfortable, I use a pinch grip on my knife and it balances really well. Definitely recommend getting a better sheath if you plan on using it like I do. If it’s just a stay at home piece, the original is fine. DO NOT GET THE SHEATH WET. It has a material on the inside that traps water

Very nice knife, has the pretty value for sure. Not as good at holding a sharp edge as I expected, hence my 4 stars... otherwise this is an excellent knife for mild to moderate use, need a nice diamond hone to keep it factory sharp. Shipped fast in a quality box that I was very impressed with.

EXCELLENT KNIFE!!!! My husband and I do a lot of cooking and chopping items in our kitchen! When our nice knives get dull & wear out… We have to look for other ones. This one caught my eye and looked awesome! It has a great feel in the hand and is razor sharp!!! This knife is just what we’ve been looking for! The handle is easy to hold and non-slip. I was absolutely blown away by the quality of this paring knife! I am a mobile bartender and need to cut limes, lemons, and oranges extremely often and needed a new paring knife. I went ahead and purchased this one as it matched my new cutting board. I was BLOWN AWAY by the ease of use of this knife. I could almost barely place the knife on the lime and it sliced right through. I highly recommend this product and honestly, will be purchasing more of this brand's knives.

I bought this for my brother who is moving away from home for the first time. Space is limited so I wanted to get something multifunctional. This is great for slicing meat, chopping veggies, or even cutting a slice of cake. It's a beautiful piece. The handle looks like a work of art with the cool marbling design. The blade itself is super sharp so please be careful, however this also makes it so much easier to use. The blade slices right through like butter so it doesn't require a lot of strength.
