One bottom plate don’t fit assembly

Perfect shade for my backyard pond deck. Everything came shipped well. Easy to assemble. 2 people and about 30 minutes time it was up and we were enjoying it.

They Shipped me an opened product with minor scratches and damages 😔 and all the reviews below are true and correct. I am not expecting a 2k quality pergola with this price but at least send me a brand new product instead of giving me the one with dents… would not buy anything else from this seller.

Love the look of this. But not a great purchase. We ordered 3. We wanted them all to match. They all came with some sort of damage on them. I was so bummed to because I had my best friend conversation to order a few for her pool deck and patio also.If your ok with some damage this is the one for you.

This pergola is not worth buying. I understand it’s probably the cheapest you’ll buy, but I wish I would have invested in paying more for a better one. The material is extremely cheap and light weight. So any decent wind and the pergola might end up the pool or neighbors yard if you don’t buy sandbags. HERE’S THE WORST PART. Many of the screw holes were not made big enough for the holes. We had to engineer ourselves to find a way to make the holes bigger. The fabric cover is so flimsy and confusing to figure out the string situation and it gets stuck every time we open and close it. The only reason we haven’t taken it down yet is because it took us a few hours to put together.

This has been a nightmare. Broken cheap hooks. Wrong parts. Not sturdy. Worst purchase!

Ok for the price easy to assemble wish they would put a few extra screws. But overall a good buy.
