I've been using these plates for years. I put 1 each on my iPad case and phone case. I use magnetic mounts for both and these plates work great. The 3M mounting sticky is very strong and holds my devices even upside down without a problem. I've had the current one on my phone for over a year and some of the finish has worn off on the edges but it still works and looks good. Great product.

First, not magnetic, it IS metal, and magnets do work with it, my fault , read description wrong, since I still needed metal plates , worked out just fine, nice size

I use these to be able to mount my phone in the shower and other places where it is handy to be able to hang it on magnets. The adhesive is 3M and is very strong. It holds my phone up very securely and has stayed well attached to the wall even in difficult places such as the shower. I am impressed and very happy with the purchase.

the plates are OK and I like the black color but the adhesive is not strong enough or maybe thick enough to stick on rough surfaces.

They provide very strong resistance to slipping.

It's a mounting plate, it sticks, it works for the most part. Tried sticking it on my wall, and my phone fell on my face when i was sleeping. Wall was clean, no dust but it just couldn't stick well i guess. I did stick one on under one of my desks and it works well with no issues. It just depends on where you stick it how well it sticks. Works with my android phone because it has magsafe in it's case. Easy to apply too. Glad I got the 16 pack incase I wasted one.

These work great with my magnetic phone mounts. They stick well enough that they won't come off on their own, but you can still peel them off if you need to. I used a dab of superglue on mine to make it a permanent installation.
