Q: Is the white version of this shirt terribly see-through?

No it is not. It's a little thin but not extremely see through

Q: I'm a 32 C weigh 115 what size should I get

My chest is 35" but I wear a slightly larger bra at 36B and I weigh 129 lbs but I'm 5'7" with very slim arms and the large size top fits me perfectly. I'd say try a large because these tops are snug and do run small. I normally wear a medium in all tops but even the large I got in this top could be a little bigger and still fit me perfectly. The material molds more easily to a smaller body than it would being stretched to a larger one.
