Love this product!
I bought four more. This is better than the micro needling. This is better than the roller derma stamp thingy. You can pick the depth. For product absorption you can pick .25 or .50 . If you have acne scars. Go a little deeper. I’ve got my blood pathogen certificate and permanent make up artist certificate so I know hygiene. Must be clean if you’re gonna go deeper than .75. This is great for acne scars. Make sure you change your pillowcase and your hair is clean. No make up for 24 hours minimum. Make sure all of your products are clean. After cares critical.

Perfect needle depth for collagen production
This is great! I thought I was getting a .25 mm needle. While I was waiting for delivery I noticed that reviews were saying it’s 1mm- I was kind of put off like oh that’s not what I wanted- turns out, after more research it is exactly what I wanted! Not only do I want my face clear but I also want collagen production and this depth of needle is perfect for that! I used it and it felt fine, and with this size I noticed redness and needle hole indents in some places. The other smaller needle depths were so superficial but I still liked them. This one is even better! And no one else anywhere is selling this depth! I’m stocking up! I’ll be using ghk-cu to put on after this. I didn’t when I first used it and I wish I had. I don’t have sensitive skin so by the next morning my barrier was completely healed. There’s something refreshing that feels really good after using this depth of needle . Maybe psychological after all the research I did but I like it a lot.

Not the most pleasant feeling, it's needles.
It works as stated. Need to use long term to see the full benefits. Needles are easy to bend over, though.

Nifty, I think it’s working!
Great! I think it’s working to regrow some hair at my hairline and temples. I was on a GLP and lost a lot of hair.

Love this Dermastamp!
I am a licensed esthetician and this is the best way for producing natural collagen! I love using it and my skin is so plump, it has helped my hyperpigmentation a lot. I see a lot of comments about cleaning, just soak in at least 70% isopropyl alcohol for 10 minutes and air dry. Do not use a cloth because it will get stuck on the needles. Clean before use and after use. Needles don’t hurt too bad but I wouldn't over do it, I only use it once a week followed by a calming hydrating mask. If you use tretinoin or a strong retinol, do not use on the same day.

Effective but Cleaning is a Hassle
I like the derma stamp overall – it’s effective and I’ve seen some improvements, but there’s one major downside: cleaning it. After each use, I found that cleaning with a cloth left behind tiny fibers that I had to pick off, which was really annoying. So, I switched to using a toothbrush to clean it, and that works much better. It’s not perfect, but at least I don’t have to deal with fibers.

Good buy
Does what it says it does, easy to clean, easy to use, using it for my edge but I haven’t been consistent enough with this and the product to know if it helps penetrate the area for the product to be absorbed. Expect to see a bit of blood sometimes, pain is .5/10

Easier Than Rolling!
I am new to micro needling and do find this one challenging on cheeks but it’s amazing for my forehead and much easier to use on my scalp since it’s not rolling through hair and getting tangled. I was alarmed by the blood at first but slathered on growth factors and oil and went to sleep. I woke up to skin that hasn’t felt this soft in decades. It’s too soon to say if it will actually help with texture and hair growth but it’s a much more efficient way to get the benefits of dermal rolling. Photo is the morning after the dripping blood, so it healed quickly!
