Yes. I read that they were microwavable and i have put them in the micro and they're fine.

No, the plate is good for being stuck into a surface. It will go everywhere if not properly supported

You get 3... a green, blue and neutral.

Don’t buy these..they have a very bad soapy taste..also sticking is not great
