PRO MASTER IRON

This is the best iron ever. Gets super hot. The steam works great. Get it. It’s worth the extra $.

I iron almost everything. I iron everyday. My old one finally bit the dust and I was very worried about picking out one that would be a good quality!! This iron is absolutely great. It is heavier than other ones and is exactly what I was looking for. If you iron quite a bit, you will not be disappointed with this iron.

This iron is very smooth they smooth the only thing is you can't see the water level very easily at all.

Being a Rowenta, the supposed Mercedes of irons leave something to be desired. It drips occasionally and wets your clothes, making you lose valuable time drying each water drop in your clothes with more ironing passes, risking to leak more water drops in the process.

About 25+ years ago I became acquainted with Rowenta irons and that is my choice. While living on a boat. I used another brand but was so happy to get back to Rowenta. This is only my second iron purchase in all these years. Rowenta makes a very good product, with various features to choose from. I am not saying ironing is a pleasure but Rowenta makes it less so.

It took 9 months and water leaks from the tank. Another problem is the water tank is in a dark colored plastic so it is near impossible to see the water level.How could an iron company design an iron that is near impossible to determine the water level? !!and what kind of engineering makes it last 1 year?Over the last 2 years I purchased 2 Rowentas- both garbage.Went to their web site and it would not allow me to finish my request-Garbage- go back to where you came from

Good Quality!

Most my dresses are linen, so I can really appreciate the power steaming and weight of this iron. Yes, it is heavier, but it serves a purpose; I don't have to push down on clothes any longer. This iron really does do almost all the work for me. I highly recommend. If there were 6 stars to give, I'd give them

Love the iron but ever time it cuts in it blows breaker tried 4 different places

This Rowenta replaces a ten year old Rowenta where the thermostat had gone. I was hoping for a longer life for the previous one but conceded that I iron quite frequently as a sewer. Two things mattered; one that it had a stainless steel soleplate and secondly it was made in Germany (as the previous one). Check on both. It is a heavy iron which is helpful as it lets the iron do the work and not your arm pressure. As I just set it upright every time, the weight is not an issue. It does a very good job and this one will be used as a dry iron only. For stubborn creases, spritzing the garment/item and applying the heat takes care of it. Delivery was was sooner than promised. I could not find this brand or model in a store, so Amazon had it and to add it was at a slightly lower price than what I paid for it ten years ago. Satisfied customer.
