Items were well packed & arrived on time! Expiry date of items is in June 2026 which is alrite but would be better with a later expiry date. Price of item would be more attractive if can be made lower. Overall, I would give a 4-star rating!

A biological dentist recommended this product because it provides seven types of magnesium and so if my body didn't take up one form, another type was available. My quality of sleep has improved and elimination in the morning feels comfortable.

These seem like great quality to me. Its hard to say if they are doing what they are supposed to do, but they are for sure not making anything worse. I feel like I am feeling better over all. Sleeping better, more energetic, but I cant guarantee that's due to these pills. They are easy to take and packaged well. I personally only take one a day, even though 2 is what the dosage says. From what I understand 2 pills = 500 g and since I eat and have other things I take that have some Magnesium in them already I don't want to have to much. When I showed my doctor they didn't say anything negative about it so I took that as a green light. They have no taste and are easy to swallow. I feel like they are a good price for the quality and if asked I would recommend them :)

I used to spray magnesium on my feet and legs to stop cramps but it barely worked. Bought these and found they are good for cramps, around 98% for me, also the early morning trip to the bathroom has been extremely welcome for my constipation, but did nothing for my sleep. However, the expense of £58 a month is far more than I can afford, after realising that I would need two bottles per month, so will be looking out for some other magnesium that will hopefully work.
