ZZZquil is a great sleep aid, uses the same drug as in benadryl, but somehow seems to work better at getting into your system faster. very effective.

I bought this for my insomniac mom, and the night I used it for her, she asked me "does that medicine make you sleep? I almost didn't wake up this morning."I gave her a dosage without telling her the use of this, she just drank it knowing that she can trust me. I think this shows that it does its job properly.

This really helps me sleep and it takes about an hour to kick in. I do not feel groggy when I wake up, and that's amazing because I usually get that feeling. After taking it, I sometimes sleep through the night, but most times I get about 4-5 hours. The flavor is really good too!

zzzquil always works

Brought this to help me sleep at night. I suffer with great pain in my knee which is the worst during some nights so this zzzquil helps me sleep a great sleep. I would recommend buying this if you have trouble falling to sleep some nights.

This stuff really works. I have been using it for years. This is the only flavor that I like. The rest of them taste horrible.

On those nights when you have to sleep, this does the trick. I love the soothing warm taste. Great product.
