Important for thyroid and body functions
Selenium is a very important supplement that keeps your thyroid operating properly. It also has many other uses throughout your body that keep you healthy definitely seen an improvement on my blood test once I incorporated selenium into my routine. Now foods is a great American company that does third-party testing. Not too cheap not too expensive and good quality for the money, Amazon shipping is super fast and no clones here.
