The holes on two weight plates, ( on two different weight increments) were cut a little to small, but still work.

Just received today.The paint-job looks good. These are all-metal, not rubber, so the paint may rub off. I plan to carry the plates, as needed, in old socks. That should help preserve their appearance.Put them on my digital scale, of recent vintage, with the following results:Greatest discrepancy: 2 plates (one of the 1kg and one of the 500g) were 4 grams low.The rest were between dead-on accurate and 2 grams off, usually low.IWF requires less than 10 grams discrepancy for discs less than 5kg in weight. These plates clearly satisfy this requirement.Just FYI: The average discrepancy was around 1-2 grams. This makes a total discrepancy of about 12 grams on 5000 grams of plates, or less than one-quarter of one percent. Excellent.I have measured the hole. It appears to satisfy spec, but the real test will be when I try to put it on the barbell at my local club.Will report on that later.This is later. The plates went on smoothly and easily, with no wobble. Excellent job.

These have helped me increase my workload when I am near my peak, by allowing smaller increments in each workout. Basically they work fine. I carry them in a small, cloth bag from the 100 yen shop. Pushed together for a while the paint has started scratching and discoloring. Overall they work fine for what I wanted, but they were perhaps a little pricey for what they are.

Looks better on pictures than in real life, paint job is cheap and paint has rubbed off just by lying on the bench or in a gym bag. But that really doesn't matter, the point is the weight of them is accurate and the four different weights make it easy to microload and keep the progress going each time you work out! :) If you feel your progress has stopped, or the smallest weights in the gym are to much of an increase every time then this is the product for you.

Too expensive, but does the job.
