I use it 2-3 times a week and pretty happy with it. It relieves stress on the neck and massages lower back pretty well. 15 min timer is perfect and being cordless helps me to use it when on long trips. Great value for the money. I am happy I bought cordless version (even though it is slightly more expensive than the corded one) , it is worth is. Suggestion: Charging port should be have been on the side .

We tried our son-in-law's and loved it, so we got our own Shiatsu massager. We got the cordless which is great! (You can use it plugged in or not.) We haven't used the heat much. Even though it is well built and a good quality, I have to say that after just a few months it stopped working. (I don't know why.) But the company was absolutely fantastic and easy to work with. They immediately sent us a new massager and a label to mail the other one back. They also offered to sign me up for a two year warranty. I recommend this product and company.

In the beginning, I wasnt sure I liked it, but it has definitely grown on me. I have used this thing for hours at a time for over a year and absolutely love it. I like that I can move it around to the places I need it most. I use it mostly for my back and neck and sometimes on my thighs. I have also used it on my abdomen to relieve menstrual cramps. I appreciate it's versatility. I have a lot of stress related tension, and this has helped tremendously. Downsides are the cord attachment is too close to the device so it will frequently come undone as im moving it around, and depending on where I'm using it at the time, it can be annoying. Also seems like I spend a while finding the sweet spot, and once I do the 20 minutes is up and I have to move position to turn it back on again. Having a remote would be nice. The fabric has also come undone, but I've honestly abused this thing so I'm not surprised, and it still works fine. It will quit rotating if it gets too hot, but after giving it a break to cool off, it will start back up again. At this point I don't think I could live without it. Great product.

We’ve tried several back massagers but none so effective as this. Relief from two herniated discs is immediate. A ten minute massage lasts me for hours. And it’s compact and convenient enough to take it with me wherever I go. The charger lasts about 3 hours without heat. About half that with the heater on. This is the best massager I have ever used. I love it.

I love this massager! I purchased one for myself and then a second one for my husband! It’s great to decrease tension in the low back muscles. It works great to place it against the back rest of my couch or recliner and I lean back on it. I generally sit on a folded blanket to target my lower lumbar and sacral area (lower part of the low back) , then remove it to target the lumbar spine (general low back area). The heat feature is great too. I usually make sure I use my shirt or a small towel as an extra barrier if I use it for a few cycles as it gets pretty warm, but it works great. I like it so much I will probably buy a few as gifts for Christmas this year! Edit: I have purchased 2 of these massagers as gifts with great response! I have been a physical therapist for over 15 years and I specialize in treating chronic pain, low back and neck pain, pelvic pain, and headaches. This is a WONDERFUL tool for my patients to use to help manage their symptoms. I have recommended it countless times for my patients and actually got one to keep in my clinic to allow them to try it. Having a tool that can help decrease muscle pain is a great way to help my patients be able to tolerate the exercises that will help them move better which is where the healing process starts. The Zyllion customer service reps are always quick to respond to any questions I’ve had about their products. I’ve had this unit for my personal use for over 2 years and it is still going strong! Although the product is nice ,but they had changed it to usb c charging and it only works for 15 min then you need to charge it again ,won’t work continuously

It really kneads the muscles well. It's not a powderpuff massager. I also like that it gets close to the vertebras without actually touching them. That's where I need it the most. I sit at the computer a lot, and with my back condition, I have pain after a couple of hours. Then I run the massager for 15 minutes and can continue without pain for some time.

THIS IS THE MESSAGER THAT CAN BE USED WITHOUT A POWER CORD (RECHARGERABLE) OR WITH A POWER CORD. THIS IS THE TOP TIER MODEL. THE REASON? IT HAS A FATAL FLAW THAT CANNOT BE REPAIRED. I PURCHASED IT AND YOU CANNOT CONNECT THE A/C POWER CORD TO THE UNIT SECURELY AND AS A RESULT OF THAT.......THE A/C POWER CORD KEEPS DETASCHING FROM THE UNIT... IT IS VERY CUMBERSOME TO HAVE THAT FLAW....AS SLIGHT MOVEMENT....UNPLUGS THE MESSAGER. I've used it after every basketball game to reduce the back pain. There is a notable decrease in back tension and an improvement in mobility. The 15min timer is perfect.

Me lo puse en zona cervicales 6 minutos y acabe con una contractura que tuvo que quitar fisio. Estos aparatos tienen un riesgo alto, las bolas son muy duras...como un fisio cuando aprieta con sus manos, la diferencia es que el fisio sabe donde pone las manos y este aparato te lo pones tu. Las manos del fisio notan donde tienen que apretar, este aparato tiene dos 4 bolas durisimas. Por mi experiencia no lo aconsejo
