I started taking Hydrolyzed Marine Collagen as 2 capsules (different supplier) & saw results right away, but the daily dose was only 1.2g, then I saw a talk on a scientific study that gave participants 30g/day, so I bought this to try a higher dose & saw even better result from the first day, improving further over time. Primarily, I have a lot more flexibility (pretty much where I was about 10 yrs ago), far less (to no) muscle & joint pain, and I feel a million times more alert & need a little less sleep - not like you get from caffeine, just far more present at all times, rather than feeling a bit foggy or slow (esp in the mornings). I've also seen noticeable improvements to my skin. esp on hands & feet - I can feel improvements in skin smoothness when I wash my hands and my feet are definitely less susceptible to cracking & splitting round the heels. This is not a hormone or steroid, it's just a protein supplement, so I would def recommend you give it a try, esp over 50s. I have experienced mild stomach discomfort, which is a known side effect. Its very mild & doesn't bother me, but if it ever does I will try a lower dose. If you have had IBS you might want to bear this in mind. I've noticed no taste or smell, it seems very similar to whey protein (milk powder type thing). I put it in porridge & hot chocolate, it mixes well and I'd say it improves the experience or both. I trust the quality of a Swedish brand and it's still good value.

Great quality collagen that mixes well. I've been using it for a while now and it goes in my coffee smoothly without having a strong smell or texture. I have taken collagen before so I wouldn't say I've seen really noticeable results but my nails have been better since starting collagen again so I think the results depend on your case and what you are trying to improve as well as how your body reacts to it. Great value for money options that does the job (for me). Would recommend!

Disolves great in tea as no flavour, and value for money

Taste is rather strong but ok with juicevand dissolves well , smoothie. Not enough time to comment on skin change as I'm trying it for menopausal skin that tears easily. Value for money and hopefully will help with pain.

The product description says "easily mix the odourless and unflavoured powder in with any drink". While it does mix easily, there is a distinct smell which is unpleasant (very fishy) & an aftertaste that lingers.

Does what it says on the tin, no rubbish and when taken with coffee, no taste.

I have to say that my review is based on a week after starting taking this collagen. I have been taking other. I cannot comment on what difference it's made to me at this point, but I can say it dissolves easily. Also, the taste isn't terrible (much better if you put a bit of squash in the water). So far, I'm happy and I hope it'll improve my bone health (similarly to another brand), as well as being on the receiving end of the other many benefits collagen has.
