The flavor isn't unbearable. I tried adding it to coffee as seen in other people's reviews and I personally don't like the way it tastes. I tried it in tea and it tasted okay. After experimenting on my own, my preference is to add my scoop to a very little bit of hot water, mix until it's fully dissolved, and then add it to cold water or whatever cold beverage I like.

The best electrolytes of anything I've ever tried. Ignore those leaving one-start ratings as they don't understand what they bought! Perhaps one must read the description prior buying stuff. 1. Some say it doesn't dissolve completely leaving flakes. I have bad news for you: not every salt dissolves at the speed you're expect it to! For some it takes hour or two. And then when they dissolve you get a water with whitish coloring. For those who can't wait until the process is done – don't worry! Drink it as it is, even with flakes. Your body knows what to do with it anyway! 2. Some says it tastes bad. Well, yes, if one is used to chemical tastes of other liquid "electrolytes" then he would complain. I like the somewhat milky (thanks to calcium fractions) taste of this one. My wife loves to add some lime juice and a sweetener to her taste. The good about this item is that it can be turned into whatever a person likes! Also what is important to mention is that lots of liquid electrolytes are full of sugar. This one is perfect for those with diabetic or pre-diabetic conditions.
