Best prenatal vitamin I tried. Easy to swallow . And size was easy to swallow

I’m not taking them for prenatal purposes. I’m not pregnant. I take them for hair and face vitamins. They work great so they must have great stuff in them. I’ve been taking them for abt 3 yrs. My friend was pregnant and I watched her hair grow and grow. She told me it was the prenatal vitamins, that’s when I had my “lightbulb” go off. Started taking them. IDK if this what she was taking. I just needed a tablet, I can’t swallow capsules very well due to a prior surgery. Bought them bc they were a tablet, turned out to be a Great buy. Have used them ever since.

Works fine. Haven't had an issue with these vitamins. No nausea or upset stomach. Have a little bit of a strong smell, but that's OK. Doesn't bother me. Easy to swallow. No after taste.

It’s a big vitamin but it hasn’t broke me out. It’s easy to swallow with water. It have every vitamin a mother and baby needs for the body. You could even take this after you give birth. I recommend this vitamin.

Adductor actually said this is a good brand after reading ingredients. She said some out there don't have ingredients to really do anything. Now I have been taking these for a while since it is acrostic great for poor immune system. Soon I will start my Fertility journey & if doc says ok I will still take these!

Tomé la cápsula con la cena y, aproximadamente una hora después, comencé a sentirme muy mal:• Dolor de estómago intenso tipo cólico• Temblores incontrolables en todo el cuerpo• Frío extremo• Un episodio de vómito• Diarrea y espasmos intestinales muy fuertes• Palpitaciones intensas y dolor de cabeza insoportable• Sensación de agotamiento físico totalPasé varias horas con estos síntomas sin poder moverme bien, con dificultad para estabilizar mi temperatura y sin asistencia médica. Fue una noche muy angustiante y peligrosa para mí. Al amanecer, los síntomas empezaron a disminuir, pero mi estómago quedó muy inflamado y sensible durante todo el día siguiente.Nunca antes había tenido una reacción tan fuerte a un suplemento.
