To be honest, I was kinda worried about the product. I bought it out of urgency and decided to go ahead anyway. The product does not match its appearance as in the pictures, and it was in a pink box that had kinda off writing and no instructions. I struggled to pop the socket open coz, well, I had never used one of these before, so some instructions would have been nice. But eventually we managed to get it open, and after charging for 5-10 minutes, it turned off on its own. Well, what can I say? It was hecka warm and was pretty helpful. It can be a little too hot on direct skin initially, so do use it over clothing. Overall, I'm satisfied.

I have been using this water hot bag for a while now, and I must say it’s excellent. The amazing feature is how quickly it heats up – it takes less than 2 minutes for the water to become hot, which is a huge time saver compared to traditional hot water bags. It’s also very easy to use, with no complications in the heating process.

Product is bad quality and does not work. In fact mine did not even start heating and so has not even been used. That's when i discovered it is also not eligible for return. So not worth buying in my experience.

Purchased ,,, but its not turning off automatically... or may be mine is damaged ... anyhow the heating retention is good but the automatic turn off shall be there MUST

The quality is not good and ot becomes too hot that it is not usable. Skin can burn.

Started leaking within a week

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered this as a replacement item. Wrong colour item but I didn't mind. Package came all tattered and opened; charging cord missing. Really not worth your time and money. AVOID. DON'T BUY.

It didn’t came with a charger

I am really happy with this electric heating pad. It heats up quickly and provides soothing warmth, which is perfect for relieving back pain, stomach cramps, and muscle stiffness. The heat level is comfortable and evenly distributed, not too harsh on the skin. The fabric is soft and feels nice to use, and the size is just right for targeted pain relief. Good quality and value for money its work perfectly fine

Heating pad is good due to following points. Heat fast. Temperature last for adequate time. Handy to use. I am only concerned about safety of the bag. Two fittings are there. Plug point and one another. If leaks while using through these fittings, burn injury can occur. Please clarify regarding this safety point.
