Love everything about it! I've used it several times and still haven't had to charge it!!

Perfect for nails but wish there was more rpm's

I'm a true amateur at doing my nails, but have been experimenting with more & more techniques since COVID lockdowns began a few years ago, including gel polish. On one hand, I LOVE how it is instantly cured & how long the manicures last, but getting the gel off is a whole other kettle of fish. I realized I needed an e-file but wasn't prepared to invest the $100+ for a salon-quality machine, so after reading lots of reviews for less expensive devices, I settled on this one. I'm glad I did!It's cute, it works as described, and it does the trick. I found that the ceramic bit is the only one that will actually strip the gel polish but the others are handy for filing & shaping. This holds a charge for longer than I'd hoped. It also feels quality, which I'm actually quite pleased about.The only drawbacks: first, mine arrived with a little weird, smelly, ultra-sticky smear on it, but that did wash off with a little dish soap. Machine grease maybe? Also, I find the power button delay to be a little annoying at times, but it's not a deal breaker.Overall, I'd definitely recommend this if you want a decent e-file without dropping big bucks on it.

UPDATE review (9/7/22): although this product was not effective for what I intended to use it for (to grind off gel nail polish), after writing my review I was contacted apologizing for my dissatisfaction and was offered to send a brand new one out to me at no charge. Even after not responding multiple times, I was repetitively messaged, them trying to right the wrong. Honestly, I think most places would’ve just dropped it but they continued to reach out to me which shows their dedication of customer service. I have received the new drill but have yet to find a purpose to use this for but once I do, I will update my review againOriginal review: I used this product to attempt to grind off my gel polish after soaking (multiple times) in acetone and although the strength of the grinder seemed to work well, I was still unable to grind off my polish (even after trying multiple different tips). I did not attempt to use it for any other purposes but I personally don’t recommend for gel removal

I use this product 3-5 times per week for a few minutes at a time. Have used buffer, cuticle, and ceramic bits so far. Very pleased.

WOW, purchased this as a gift for a family member and I have to say that I'm very impressed with the quality, plus it comes with two other drill bits. will be purchasing one for myself as well!Don't think about it, just buy it! you won't regret it

It stays in reverse and can not figure out how to change it to forward. Doesn’t have a way to show you the speed number. My question has not been answered. How do you switch forward and reverse?Update: I didn’t get answers from seller but was able to find the manual on their website by searching for the brand on google. It works good. Wish it came with more bits.
