Seems fine and genuine. The windlass is metal so it is easy to open for use and I have every confidence that when needed it will do the job. I forgot to ad that with the windless being metal it provides enough weight to open the tourniquet one handed.

Looks like nice and high quality tourniquet, metal rod. Bought just in case, nowadays you never know if you gonna need it. Don’t buy tourniquet with plastic rod they gonna kill you.

If your or anothers life depends on it go for high quality gear. This is well made. Its what I trained with , its whats on my emergency med kit. Don’t go for cheap knock offs

After almost 10 years in the Royal Army Medical Corps, and 30 odd years in the NHS, I'd say these are about the best on the market. You will get other opinions though, but I'm more than happy with them in training, and I'd be happy to deploy them in an emergency. I carry two in a kit in the car (with other gear).

Poor quality, not sure if I would trust them to do the job.

This high quality product can help a person who is bleeding a lot because of a serious injury. It can help save a life in a real life treatment situation. I'm a first-aider and always make sure to have this tourniquet in my kit.
