This is a really good laptop. Decent specs for gaming and general productivity. My games load in a flash (by comparison to my last machine) and don't lag during gameplay. The resolution on the screen makes conducting productivity tasks far more pleasant, less scrolling on spreadsheets etc. The inbuilt camera isn't great, but it's adequate for my use. Battery life isn't brilliant, but I rarely need to be doing a high-drain activity on the move. The keyboard is nice to use, the screen is clear and crisp, and it's quiet even under load. I'm very impressed, especially with the price!

It's never worked correctly since getting it. Fix one problem and it causes another! Keep having scrolling issues.

The 3050ti spec is way more than enough for most gamers who want a really good experience. I've seen a lot of comments about battery life but for me it's not relevant, if you want high performance gaming you are going to need to plug every machine in after a few hours. This laptop delivers high performance and I haven't found better value for money at the price, if you want a really good gaming laptop, you can't go wrong here.

Laptop Is decent. I don't play many hardcore games on it, runs the Sims 4 and Minecraft smoothly. Have had for a couple years. Still works fine. The battery life isn't the best and some things have burnt into the screen, which is admittedly my fault because I forgot to close it. Laptop if fine but quite expensive.

No power out of the box and took 3 pushes of the power adapter in the back to finally click in and register it was charging, can see why some might return the device initially! Apart from that great device for gaming/programming and would suggest upgrade the memory to 32GB. Battery is not great but most will plug it in anyway so no issue really considering the price!

I recently purchased this computer thinking it would triple my gaming experience from my old laptop with half of the specs, but it did so much more, providing me with 20 times my old FPS from my 8gb ram laptop after changing from min settings to max, I was astounded.I would 100% recommend this as a reliable good affordable laptop, so much so that I purchased another for my brother.

The laptop was bought as a Christmas gift for my son. The laptop would not switch on or even charge. When I googled the problem, was apparent this was not an isolated problem. Have requested a refund and opted for a different make and model.

The laptop is great, don’t get me wrong. It’s fast and powerful, and can support high quality games.However, I bought this expecting to receive 16GB RAM, but only 8GB was installed. I bought 16GB as it said total supported memory 32GB (meaning I can upgrade it), but the laptop outlet sent me another 8GB for the inconvenience… which is nice but I am unable to reach 32GB as stated. The total supported memory cannot be 32GB if I’m prevented from upgrading the ram further.The will not swap for a 16GB and have delayed the process so far that it’s past the return date!I no longer want the laptop as it cannot reach what I hoped in terms of RAM. Should say 8GB and not 16GB.
