We wanted a garden edging that had a shore/beach and a japanese garden simplicity about it. This edging did all that. It has held up over the summer so far, with no signs of deteriration. My only suggestion is to not use the plastic stakes that Amazon reccomended. Just get some thin metal stakes. The edging is easy to layout. The wire that hold the wood togther made it easy to shape the edging while we decided the final layout.

I purchased this because I loved the look of it and needed something to build up the sides of my pond as my 3 goldfish love to flop around from time to time and were getting over the edge. It was easy to install, it's very flexible. I dug out the gravel , set the border as close as possible to the edge of pond then pushed the removed gravel back up against the sides to hold in place. There were a lot of small gaps between the border and the sides of the pond. All I did for that situation was add some gravel in the gaps so that should the fish jump they would not get stuck in between. I used 2 rolls for what you see in the picture.

excited to start creating flowerbeds using the 6" bamboo edging, i am pleased with how it is evolving..... to provide stability i trenched about 3" down to bury the base to anchor it firmly and then mulched the beds to add style ~ i am still enjoying planting perennials, herbs , annuals and a few small flowering bushes and looking for more ways to use this attractive and distinct border.

Arrived on time and well packaged. Comes in a roll. Wanted to dress up my husband’s raised Koi ponds but rock and stone are so expensive. Decided to use wood. Found these and painted and sealed to match stain on our deck and topped with planks. We did drill small wholes in bottom and inserted metal rods to add stability in ground. Looks great!

This is an attractive edging but anchoring stakes are not included. There are a few holes drilled into the top of a few of them, which should make staking them easy, however, the hole doesn’t go all the way through. I am giving it a three because it is attractive and I will make it work.

I use these outside in back rock garden to edge. These are made very well and sturdy. I dug a rut to place them in and they are still standing. I placed a stack on the ends just to give a little more sturdiness but not really needed. I have a very swampy back yard and these are great. We weed wack around them and they do not break off or have marks in them.

Absolutely love this edging. It looks amazing. I dug them into the ground about halfway instead of staking them. They looks beautiful in my garden!

Great product and easy to install around this newly created flower bed in front of my home.Product arrived quickly and as described.I would suggest buying some stakes to help secure it and help the edging to stand straight up in its application. Stakes are not included.I would suggest purchasing this. Time will tell on how durable the product is and how long it will hold up in different types of weather.
