provides dustmite protection in overly-humid residence
Light; easy to use, though wish UV LIGHT could work vertically, as my mattress has mites everywhere. After lots of searches, trials, and tribulations, the "button" to which the manual refers as the way to remove and empty the cyclonic filter is not a button! The filter casing has a "locked" image above the DIBEA logo which is on the opposite side of the casing. If you place a thin object between the small lips on the top and body of the casing, VOILA! The filter separates, lifts up and you can empty the waste materials and dust off the filter mechanism! Why can't DIBEA include this easy AND ACCURATE info in their manual?

Good mattress vacuum
Liked the ease of cleaning the machine after use. Not heavy and easy to manoeuvre whilst using. Good suction power and has long cord to go over the entire bed without changing wall plug.

Suction not that good but it does the job think I will stick to my vacuum

Smells awful after 6 months
Only had this for a few months and the smell of hoovering the bed now is absolutely awful from it!! Very disappointed
