This Niacinamide powder was easy to use and mix into my morning coffee. I did not notice any noticeable results after finishing the entire container but I also did not experience any adverse reactions.

I added about a quarter of a teaspoon of this powder to a bottle of water. It has no taste, so that works for me. You could also add it to a smoothie. It’s a good value, because there are 2 oz of the powder inside the bottle, so you could get about 113 uses out of it, as long as you take the recommended serving of 3/16 of a teaspoon, or roughly, a quarter of a teaspoon. Niacinamide seems to have many benefits, and I think that the powder form is easy to digest, so I recommend this item if you are looking for a niacinamide supplement.

This is a pure powder formula that very easily mixed into my morning coffee. Zero taste and was not grainy or chalky which is a super +. I just have no idea what this did for me, if anything. I was interested in it for the benefits it supposedly has for your skin...but after 30 days having it in my morning coffee, I don't see any improvement in my skin? But I guess since there's no side effects felt either...its a wash. I will continue taking daily just because it's easy and now part of my routine, sitting right next to the ciffee station, but I honestly don't know if this is just hyped up by the beauty industry or if it really does something. You get a lot of product, since a serving size is practically a tiny pinch... so this jar will last quite some time. I wish they did enclose a measuring spoon or scoop to make it easier in ensuring you are taking the proper amount.

I had stomach surgery 30 years ago that has caused my body to basically stop absorbing most of the B vitamins. I take daily doses of many of them in order to maintain normal metabolic processes associated with them. Niacinamide is one I do not take regularly because of the associated flush, which lasts for hours on me. I tried this on a whim when I saw the no flush claim. It is a true claim, at least for me. It is tasteless, odorless, and the dose is minuscule, making it possible to add to any single serving food or beverage you prefer. This bottle has nearly 4 months worth of daily doses at a reasonable cost so quite a value!

I use B3 with jojoba oil and chamomile to make a lotion for my skin, because I have Rosacea and frequent breakouts. It really seems to work well for me and this brand dissolves much more easily than some others I've used. It doesn't irritate my skin at all and appears to be doing the job I want it to do - clearing up breakouts and soothing my inflamed skin. I use a measuring spoon and a small metal funnel to add the powder to the jojoba oil, stir it with a wooden stick and it dissolves in seconds. I shake it before each use and any slight residue mixes right back into the oil. I'm very happy with this brand of B3 and would recommend it as a good addition to skin care products, either DIY or commercial preparations.

This is my very first time taking a supplement in powder form. My biggest challenge was getting the right dosage, as the serving size is 3/16 tsp (0.5g) would have been nice to get an exact measuring spoon with this product since the measurement is not typical. The main reason I am taking it is for the positive claims on skin. I started mixing it in plain water only, it dissolves super quick and the taste is just slightly bitter, but now I added to my morning protein powder. The thing I noticed almost immediately after consuming was a surge of energy, but in a good way! next I want to included in a facial mask, but I am still researching and deciding what is the best combination.

I need supplements that are easy to take and measuring out a powder is not what I want to do. Disappointed

This supplement is pretty decent. Any type of B vitamin gives me energy. So when I take this supplement I do notice some extra zip throughout my day. I haven't seen any change in age improvement. Hence... That it looks like it's reversing aging skin. So I'm not sure that it's good for that. But I am happy with the other benefits that I received from the supplement. Mainly the extra boost of energy that I get throughout the day when I take this.
