I got these to remove wads of lint from my clothes dryer’s lint trap. After I remove the lint caught in the trap, there are deep sides that also catch lint but are too deep and thin for fingers to reach. These tweezers work perfectly to reach down and remove them. We have also used them to reach into tight spaces to work on things like refrigerators, motors, etc. and to retrieve anything that has gotten in where it shouldn’t be, like a marble down in a floor vent or a bead that rolled under a table with very low clearance. It’s one of those things you can’t do without once you have one!

I bought these tweezers mainly to clean out sink drains in our two bathrooms. It's a yucky job but these will allow me to go deep to get all (or most) of the gunk out when the drain slows down.

These tweezers are great for everyday household use, cooking or the workshop. A great tool to add to your toolbox.

I got them for a very specific reason that will not be useful to 99% of the population. So I don't know how useful this review is going to be. Now it's certainly well made, but then again, I've never come across a cheap pair of tweezers that ever fell apart on me before, so I don't know how great a selling point that is. I purchased them to help me remove the adapter ring to my right angle view finder from my DSLR camera. Every time I unscrewed the right angle view finder from one of my camera's the right angle view finder would come off but the adapter ring would remain, and nothing could get it off. Nikon included a tool to remove the adapter ring with the right angle viewfinder in case that happened, but I promptly lost it. This tweezer removes it with ease. It's the exact width and the points are the perfect size to grab the notches and twist the ring off. It's perfect. How this review helps most of you I have no idea. But if like me you own a full frame Nikon camera (or a D500 - I own both) and you lost the tool that came with right angle view finder, this works like a charm!

I bought this tool for one specific job in the kitchen. We have a stove with grates that cover the entire top of the stove. In the past if some stray piece of food fell under the grate while being cooked, to retrieve it, I would have to turn off the burner, move the pot(s) off the grate, and pick up the grate to retrieve the pesky bit of potato or whatever. No more! The Fybrex Stainless Steel Tweezers with curved tips, reach nicely beneath the grate, catch the food, and I can replace it into the pan. Such a simple solution to an annoying problem. They are nicely constructed without rough edges. The tips close together without any gaps. Glad I bought this tool.

I love these for machine embroidery. This is perfect for holding a piece of thread at a distance. I liked my first one so much that within weeks, I bought a second one. The point in the middle of the tweezers that other reviewers talk about doesn't bother me one bit.

I'm a board gamer since 16... (many decades have passed since then). On a crowded game board, it can be a disaster to move your cardboard chits and other pieces. These tweezers are more than made for this purpose... strong, long, and well equipped to keep that game board neat.

I have been looking for this leaghth for awhile now , glad I found them .
