I love the chews. They desolve fast and they taste good. It maintains my energy level when I took them about every 20 to 30 minutes. I'm going to keep using them.

I have been using the gel products for over a year. Bought a box of these chews and I am not clear how many chews to take how often. The packaging isn't clear how many "doses" are in each package. The product I am happy with. Just wished I knew how many chews to take how often. With gel packs it's easy, but the chews are so much easier and less messy than gels. But.... how many chews in what time frame. I am aware it varies by person, workout, intensity. But something using a single chew ad a reference is useful.

Love these gummies! They give you just the right amount of boost when you are feeling tired on a hike or run. An essential part of our snacks when climbing mountians.

These chews better than fruit chews, there's actually a lot in each bag. I also take almonds, a waffle energy snack and these chews along for 4-5 hour motorcycle rides instead of an actual lunch. They are easy on the stomach and rinse down with water real easy too.

By far the easiest to digest & eat as you are working out because: 1) the blocks are smaller, easier to chew & swallow when you are breathing hard & won't tear your fillings or crowns off being so sticky. 2) The smaller bites mean you won't spike yourself with too much caffeine at one time, just keep a constant stream of energy without feeling like you're having a heart attack 3) It actually tastes good, not too acidic like some of the other flavored blocks. Not worth it because it is now just as expensive as the Cliff Blocks that are way overpriced too. When I fist bought them in the last year it was $22.50, which is a GREAT value, but in less than a year it's now over $30. Not worth it, none of them are at that price.

Fast and convenience energy supplement while riding my bike.

I received the delivery on the exact date as stated during the purchase. That was great. However the expiration date of the whole box of GU Energy Chews is 24th May - a bit more than three months from the date, on which I received them. That was a bit disappointing. I don't eat chews during each of my long runs and this now pretty much forces me to do so in order to use all of the 12 bags in the box before the expiration date.
