Contempo Collection is a new registered trademark of Luxury Gifts Inc, sold by Makeup and Giftshop, only authorized retailer of these lamps, to be eligable for the manufacturer warranty please make sure to buy this item from Makeup and Giftshop merchant. All Contempo collection have USA electricity and all items have lights and lamps inclueded in their box. every single item comes in a protected box, all crystals are numbered and seprated inside the box for easy installation. there will be a picture installation, as well as written installation, so you will get two set of instalaltion manual from us. instalaltion is very easy on, however its time consuming, so make sure you have enough time to finish the projects. there is no way to assmeble the unit and then ship it. the base needs to be installed on your ceiling first and then each individual crystal rope attached based on their numbers. make sure to always start from inner layers to outter layers, this is very important. to make your installatione asier, we have added some spare parts inside a small seprate box, there will be spare aprts of everything for your convinient. each light comes with 3 years limited warranty, offered by Makeup and Giftshop on behalf of contempo collection. the lights or lamps are not covered under any warranty, however all parts and their functions are covered and will be replaced. if you got into any problem please cotnact us so we can assist you. hope you enjoy your magnificent chandlier at home.
