They both take the same cold packs that easily slip in. The quality of the items is great, working zips and sturdy fabric.

I went to Mexico for my honeymoon and used this to carry my insulin pen around. It definitely keeps it cold for quite some time as long as you have the ice pack and is in a crossbody or small purse. Worth the purchase!
