I only had to buy a new one because I lost my old one that I owned for years. Absolutely can't fault the mug. Keeps things cold/hot for hours and hours. Has never leaked. Easy to clean. Only thing to be mindful of is ensuring the rubber seal is sitting flat if you've taken it out to clean. But that is not an issue at all. I highly highly recommend this mug.

Excelente termo. Conserva el calor de la bebida por varias horas y lo mejor es que cierra herméticamente y no se derraman los líquidos. Muy recomendable.

This is the best model of the Contigo line..we have a couple of them and they keep the drinks hot for a long time, and never any leaks
