ドッシリとしたパイプの土台が重厚で壊れなさそうな作りです。 色もピンクで可愛い。角度を着けずに一番軽い負荷でやってますがかなりキツイです。 体重の軽い人なら更にかもしれない。 ふくらはぎに筋肉が着いた実感はあるけど、やり過ぎると膝が痛くなるので、歯磨きしながら朝晩３分程度の使用です。 体重が軽い女性、膝が悪い人には向かないです。 外国製だからか、負荷がキツイです。 冬はオイルが固いせいか本当に重い！ 夏、冬の使用感に差を感じます。

Ottimo attrezzo per fare un po' di esercizio casalingo. Arriva già montata, va messa solo la manopola per regolare l'intensità dello sforzo. Il fatto che occupi uno spazio ridotto lo rende adatto a essere conservato in qualsiasi angolo senza che ingombri la stanza. Facile da tirar fuori e da usare all'occorrenza, anche più volte al giorno. Consigliato per chi fa vita sedentaria e ha bisogno di un po' di movimento.

Ordered the heavy duty which arrived yesterday, feels weighty and sturdy. Disappointingly the quality control seems poor. The welds on some of the joints do not look great, some gaps. One of the corner feet fell off, and another was loose. The supplied allen key does not feet the nuts in these feet. There is a rattle inside the tubing, possibly some loose metal material during production. The cover containing the counter, which you need to remove to change the batteries, is really tight and awkward to get back into place, it required quite a bit of force and could result in breaking some of the plastic cover. The motion itself seems good, it had a lot stiffer resistance than I expected. Following some of the demonstration videos where they increase tempo, I could not push fast enough to match their pace. It definitely works the legs though, so I can see this being useful in the long term.
