These things are dangerous lol, taste great, work well, priced ok. If you are not used to taking fiber, I would suggest starting off with one or two per serving and to ride to work alone lol. These are music making gummies if you know what I mean lol.

Pleasant taste and texture

These taste, great, easy to chew, I like it, that they don’t have all that sugary coating around them. For me they seem to work best if I only take them as needed rather than daily. When I took them every night, they didn’t really seem to do much to help. If I take them when it’s been several days since I’ve had a BM, then they seem to work better that way. I like him, and I would purchase time again.

Using these to counteract the effects of Tirzepatide, which slow digestion to near stoppage. Actually full stoppage if not balanced with Decolex and stool softeners... until I found this little gem of a prebiotic! Been taking two in morning and two at night for over three months and consistency is maintained now without laxative or softeners. Truly this product is amazing at assisting with proper digestion and excrement of unused materials. Bonus that there is minimal inert ingredients, not a sugar taste or residue in the system.
