Update since 2022: One side of the case finally split after two years. I ordered a 'cheaper' version that looked the same, but sent it back because the hinge mechanism simply wasn't as sturdy as this ESR one. It looked the same, but not the same quality. Buy this one. Update after nearly 1 year of regular use: This product is excellent value for money after a year of using it. I have dropped my phone sseveral times over the year and not a single scratch on the back or sides. I know that because I have just taken off the case for the first time since I fitted it last year, in order to replace the screen protector. The combination of a quality case together with an excellent kickstand is first rate. Highly recommended. Original Review: I have used it on a Galaxy S22 Ultra for a couple of weeks (April 2022) and it works exactly as it should. I suggest that you treat the support hinge with a bit of care and by doing so I think this unit might well last the lifetime of the phone. It looks really kool and I recommend it.

Works well but discolors after just a few weeks, and starts to stretch, my second time buying one as first case the glue was failing after 2 years but not expensive and fits well otherwise. The stand is very handy for watching videos.

Great case and good service

I did my research before choosing this case. I bought it for my s22 ultra in a custom colour so was obviously going to go for a clear case. The reason i bought this over the spigen for example is because the kick stand doesnt have the magnet like the Spigen which interferes with the S-pen. This case itself is sturdy, the kick stand is solid and also acts as a little shelf for your ring finger so feels quite secure when holding. The 4 corners are cushioned and there is a lip at the top and bottom of the phone. The camera cut out is probably a bit contentious for me. I note the Samsung branded case encloses each camera lens whereas the ESR verion does not, so a part of the back your phone will be exposed to the elements. I am using the ESR camera protectors and the fit is perfect. One negative but this cannot be helped is that sides of the screen are not protected like the top and bottom, this is because the screen is curved on the Ultra and so a lip on both sides would make the phone annoying to use and would probably accumulate debris.

The metal kickstand is sturdy and makes it easy to watch videos or video chat without having to hold the phone. The case itself fits perfectly, feels durable, and provides solid protection for the phone. Overall, it’s a practical and functional case that does exactly what it’s meant to do. Very happy with it!

The best part about the case is the kickstand at the back which allows for different viewing angles. However, from day 1, the case did not fit appropriately - it does does not fit tightly around the edges, blocks the charging port due to the poor fit and slips off the edge of the phone easily. This is extremely unfortunate as it could have been a great case.
