Q: Will it support 2TB drive? Total of 4TB RAID-0?

Yes this will support dual 2.5, 2TB drives as a RAID0 stripeset. I am currently using it with two Samsung ST2000LM003, 9.5mm drives.

Q: How is the raid 1 rebuilding performance of this enclosure?

Sorry, but I'm not sure... I used 2 hdd 2.5 512 GB mirroring, for a year works fine, then one hdd die, but all the data was perfect at the other hdd.we can't see the rebuilding status, just the hardware swith.

Q: Will this work with Apple OS X time machine?

do you want to save the files to a Time-Machine? Yes, will work.do you want to use it as Time-Machine? Yes, will work. but I do not see the benefit in this. Better get a WD-2.5" Raid. This thing is super to ad two SSD´s and have a really fast drive that has even a Raid1. The USB 3.0 Controller is really fast in this one.

Works for me in RAID1 mirroring mode (2x WD 750GB).
