It says women's slide, but the sizes are listed as 6 years and ones that say "5 Big Kid" - how may inches are those sizes?

Not sure of inches but I ordered a 8 womens.

I have a pair now. I don't know if they're a men's or women's. it's size 7. I am always a women's 9 1/2 or 9. how can I tell what mine are?

If this size 7 fits you, it is a men's. I wear a 9 or 9.5 in regular shoes and I always get a 9 in this style of slide.

If I wear a 7.5 narrow do I order a size 7 or 8? Will the strap adjust to a narrow foot?

The straps definitely are adjustable, as I too have narrow feet and I can adjust them easily. This makes it nice for wearing in the winter with socks around the house. I would go with a size 7. I generally wear a 9.5 and always get 9's in the Ignite.
