Love these! They're soft and easy to hold, and add just a little bit more strength training to my daily walks.

Love the feel, no Velcro so no irritation to hands, great fit, ease of wash when needed, love that u can take out the sand weight that is in zippered compartment when u need to launder. Perfect!

I bought the Sportneer one-pound weights when I doctor suggested that I exercise with weights to strengthen my aging body . They have hand grips which makes it extremely easy to jog and keep my balance. They are durable and can be used for other anaerobic exercises. I also use them to stretch and cool down.

I bought these for at home physical therapy for issues I have with my thumb and wrist. My Orthopedic doctor gave me a list of strength and stretch excercises. I have small hands and holding a can of soup/vegetables was too big so I bought these 1 lb. weights. I like the strap that you can slide your finger into (even though I don't use it most of the time). I also like that the case is removable and machine washable. Be careful when you read the description. Each hand weight is 1 lb. A total of 2 lbs. I think some people think they are getting two 2 lb weights. I would highly recommend this product.

The hand weights are really nice and comfortable to use. Easier to handle in aerobics.

The good: Comfortable, easy to hold. Work well for light forearm and biceps exercises and also to squeeze for grip strength.The bad: Nasty rubbery/chemical odor from either the fabric or the fill. My similar weights from Wal-Mart don't have this unpleasant odor. (On the other hand, they're old; maybe they used to be stinky?) Meanwhile, must wash hands after use.

These hand weights work perfectly for me. They are not too heavy and they are soft on my skin, no rubbing at all. I would highly recommend them.

Wider size fits L/XL hand with comfortable grip. Versatile, strap can be worn on inside of hand, you can make a proper fist for shadow boxing or other exercises or grip a resistance band (with or without handle). On the other hand, you can have the strap on the outside of your hand and hold the weight more securely, I use this for roadwork, sprint, agility ladder, webby agility trainer, cone and agility ring drills Durable, comfortable and convenient. Highly recommended.

I like that you can take the covers off and wash them.

Perfect size for my arthritic fingers and hands. Helps to add that little bit of resistance needed to keep my muscles working. Would highly recommend.

Really like these weights. Much more comfortable they the dumbbell type but with the same benefits.
