I got this blanket as a gift from my husband when my daughter was born.It was the best gift a Mom of a toddler and baby can get to feel the full joy of relaxation after a long day of making big and little people happy. I use this blanket 3 times per week. Usually I try to create “a spa atmosphere” put on my favorite face and/or hair mask too for 15 - 30 minutes. I prefer to wear socks and soft clothes that cover my body so I can feel the heat slowly. It is easy to control the temperature. I would recommend to follow instructions (if you don't read instructions ask someone to do it for you) and at first start with low temperature (level 5-6) and then increase it in a gradual manner. It feels very cozy and relaxing if you keep the temperature stable vs jumping from one level to another. I also found that this sauna blanket is great to use after long distance biking/running - it has a workout recovery effect (I keep my sessions short here - 15-20 minutes). I keep the blanket in the closet, so I can easily reach it anytime. I absolutely love my SAUNA blanket - it is my new favorite place to rest and relax after a long day before bedtime. For me it has full body rejuvenation effect, and when I am laying in it I am just happy to be there.

I’m the type of person who HATES saunas or anything that makes me hot. I wasn’t sure I’d like this sauna blanket but wanted to give it a shot as I’m healing from a mold illness. Let me just say, this is nothing like a normal sauna. Your head sticks out and you can actually breath normal temperature air all while your body receives the same benefits from a traditional sauna. I started on level 6 and legit felt high asf just like the taglines says. I wouldn’t shut up about it and so my partner decided to give it a try as well, looking to prove me wrong, but turns out they experienced the same exact “high” that I felt. It’s incredible. I’ve done with and without the insert, I prefer using it and turning it up to level 7. Let it preheat, get in, and stay in until the 10 min remaining warning bell or a little after. Then take a freezing cold shower afterward to cool down. It does slightly affect my sleep if I don’t properly cool down, and I have a history of insomnia. At any rate, I absolutely love how I feel using this blanket, and so appreciate the extra steps the company went to ensure low emf and less toxic materials. That’s why I spent a premium and have zero regrets. I’ve recommended to a few friends and family members as well. It really helps with sore joints and arthritis. There are so many benefits, but if you’re on the fence, just get it. One piece of feedback, I’m 6’2” and wish there was an extender or slightly longer option. But that’s just me being picky.

I loved this blanket so much I bought another one, and it broke after 30 days. I have called, called again, and emailed this company. Their outgoing message says, "We are out living the high life." Yeah, right, with my 680$ dollars in your pocket. LOUSY customer service for a faulty blanket.

I recently bought this Higher Dose sauna blanket for home, if I could live in it I would ! I use to use the saunas at the gym all time to unwind and relax after my workouts. But when covid hit I didn’t feel comfortable using them so when I heard about this sauna blanket from Higher Dose I said let’s try it ! It was easy to set up and use, the quality is amazing and I like that I can now relax in my own home after my workouts and unwind in this. Definitely would buy again and definitely would tell my friends and family.

I purchased this sauna blanket as a way to test the idea of regular sauna use without buying a stand alone sauna. What I like is it heats up fast. I put it on 8 and use it for 40 minutes. I listen to 40hz meditation music. I have used it about 3x a week since purchasing it and feel that it aid my circulation and overall mood. It is pricey but I am glad I bought it.

I used to spend so much money on monthly memberships to use an infrared sauna and have been able to save $$$ because of this! I used to sit in the infrared sauna at 150 degrees for nearly an hour. The sauna blanket has a setting from 1-8. I am able to do settings 5-6 and can to stay in for about 45 minutes and sweat just the same! I’ve had the blanket for about 3 months now and it’s working great! Worth the money!
